Ingredient:

  • 1/2 Cup porridge oats
  • 1/2 Cup hot water
  • 3/4 Cup oat milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup ( or 2 teaspoons if you like it sweeter )
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of Himalayan salt (don’t skip it, it really makes a big difference!)

Add oats and hot water to a pan and leave to soak for 5 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients, bring to a boil and cook for a couple of minutes. Let it cool a bit before serving.
