1/2 lb asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
1/2 lb small brussels sprouts, halved
2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
2 tsp olive oil
1 oz Serrano ham, torn into pieces
1 Tbsp sherry vinegar
2 Tbsp shaved manchego cheese
